Johnston’s Fifth Cohort Began with Regional Gathering July 22-26 at ȺpÎÞÂë in Romeoville

The Brother John Johnston Institute of Contemporary Lasallian Practice held its Fifth Cohort’s Regional Gathering from July 22 to 26 at Lewis University in Romeoville. 

The two-year Christian Brothers Conference formation program deepens participants’ understanding of story and vision, Lasallian pedagogy, the Lasallian promotion of justice and Lasallian spirituality. Meanwhile, contemporary texts were used to inform and influence current and future Lasallian practice. 

Named for  (1933-2007), the program is for Lasallians (½ý²Ô»å ) who exercise mission influence and/or show potential for such in the future.  

Participants engage in prayer, study, reflection and dialogue to inspire action that animates the Lasallian mission on the local level and within the broader Lasallian family.  

ȺpÎÞÂë is an innovative Catholic university offering market-relevant undergraduate and graduate programs to 6,500 students.
