Our Mission Is Your Success

During your time on campus, we want to provide a space where students have the opportunity to create meaningful relationships while achieving academic and personal success. That starts with ensuring a safe and secure environment in our residence halls, establishing an inclusive community, providing opportunities to residents through collaborative efforts with other departments, and enriching the academic experience for all residents outside the classroom. This is your home, and we want it to feel that way.

Our Residence Amenities

Lewis offers dedicated halls for first-year and upper-class students, convenient study areas and community lounges, free wifi, Comcast cable, laundry facilities, and shuttle services, as well as an in-room fridge/freezer combo and microwave.

First-Year Living

Students with certain home address zip codes are required to live on campus. Learn more about our residency requirement. If you live within 30 miles of our Romeoville campus, you might be eligible to live at home and commute for your first year.
