Proposal Review Process

Proposals are reviewed by the Lasallian Research Program Committee to ensure applications are complete and relevant to the aims of the ȺpÎÞÂë Lasallian Research Grant Program. Incomplete proposals will be returned to the applicant. Following initial screening, proposals are evaluated using the Lasallian Research Proposal Rubric (Form H) by ȺpÎÞÂë faculty with relevant research design and content expertise. External consultants are engaged for review as needed.

Possible proposal review outcomes are:

  • Approved without conditions
  • Approved with conditions as specified
  • Not approved

Funding recommendations are forwarded to the Associate Provost for Research and Faculty Development for final review. Funding decisions are communicated to applicant(s) in writing.
