What is MEC?

• MEC (Meetings, Events, and Conferences), helps plan and manage external and internal events on the Romeoville, Oakbrook, and Argyle Street Campuses.
• Types of events MEC coordinates are weddings, seminars, workshops, meetings, sport camps, and internal lewis events.

How can MEC help you?

• Reserve your location(s).
• Provide planning support (setting up catering and AV).
• Provide day of support.

How to Schedule an Event

• To submit an event request, please complete the Master Calendar Request Form on the Lewis Portal.

• Student Organizations (RSOs) should submit event requests through Student Engagement. For more information, please contact the .
